Returns & Refunds Policy
At Factory Pricing, we strive to provide the highest quality products at wholesale rates; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with all factory packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original factory packaging and clearly write the assigned RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship the Items
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
